How to Apply
We encourage you and your child to visit Westside Preparatory School to see what our school is like and meet our Administration Staff before you submit an application.
To arrange a meeting with our Administrator, please contact Susan Van de Plas at: (604) 697 – 8021.
To apply for admission to the school, please fill in the Application Form and submit it to the school with all required documentation. The following documents must be submitted with your application:
1. Recent photo of student (attach to page 1 of this application form)
2. Student's report cards from last year as well as the most recent report card
3. Photocopy of student's birth certificate
4. Signed authorization form allowing Westside Preparatory School to contact the student's previous school and obtain copies of any records that may be relevant to the current application
5. A Form of Legal Residency of Parent
6. Completed Personal Information Protection Act Consent Form
7. Immigration status: non-Canadians must submit proof of Landed Immigrant status for students and parents, and (if applicable) a Study Permit for the student issued by Citizenship & Immigration Canada
The above mentioned information requested is required in order to register your child at our school and assist Westside Preparatory School in placing your child appropriately within the school.
