APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

Parent
Teacher Conference Night provides an opportunity for parents to discuss their
child’s progress with each of their son’s/daughter’s subject teachers. There will be no special language information
sessions at these conferences.
Students
will be dismissed at the regular time of
Parents are requested to telephone the school at 604-662-8020 on June
23 and June 26 only and arrange an appointment time with each of their
son’s/daughter’s subject teachers. The
telephone operator will record appointment times for subject teachers. Available appointment times are listed
below. Interview will be limited to
fifteen minutes. While telephoning, record the teacher’s name opposite the time
of your appointment schedule. Please
bring the form with you to the Parent-Teacher Conference. Parents without appointments are welcome but
they will be asked to wait until the teacher is free.
